The objective of the project is to support homeowner associations (HOAs) in Germany and their management companies in systematically integrating energy efficiency in their planning processes. GREEN Home works with all stakeholders to develop needs-oriented financing instruments, such as the BEEF concept, for energy-efficient refurbishments in HOAs. Funding for Future contributes with its practical experience in implementing specialized financing instruments.
